Help spread cheer with local families this holiday season through the Season of Giving!

Eighth Annual Stocking Project

Friday, Nov. 12 - Saturday, Dec. 11
Donate stocking stuffers at your local Aurora Public Library to share with kids and teens in the community! Donations will be given to Arapahoe County Human Services to distribute through their Partnering for the Holidays program as well as Aurora Police Department to give to Aurora youth. Donations accepted Nov. 12 - Dec. 11 at Aurora Central, Hoffman Heights, Iliff Square, Mission Viejo and Tallyn's Reach Libraries.

Requested items include:
· Socks, winter hats, gloves and scarves
· Small toys & stuffed animals
· Accessories for teenage girls
· Mini sports balls
· Mini/travel games
· Unopened candy and snacks
· New or gently used books (for kids and teens)
· Small posters
· Makeup, hair care products, nail polish and jewelry
· Art supplies, erasers and small craft kits
· Gift cards for teens (Amazon, Walmart, Forever21, H&M, restaurants, etc.)
· Various stocking stuffers for boys and girls of all ages! 

Giving Trees

Monday, Nov. 22 - Saturday, Dec. 18
Share the joy of the holiday season with a family in need by donating to our annual Giving Tree. Visit Aurora Central, Hoffman Heights, Mission Viejo or Tallyn's Reach Libraries Nov. 22 - Dec. 18 to select a tag off the Giving Trees. Purchase the requested item and return it, unwrapped, to your local Aurora Public Library by Saturday, Dec. 18. APL staff and Aurora Police officers will wraps the presents and deliver them in time for the holidays!
