Language Accessibility and ASL Requests

The city of Aurora has adopted a Language Access Plan to ensure that persons with Limited English Proficiency (LEP) and persons with disabilities have meaningful access to translation and interpretation services upon request. This includes d/Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing (HoH) individuals who wish to request ASL for a city program, service or activity. Accessibility at City Facilities 

All city facilities are wheelchair accessible with entry ramps and accessible parking. If you are a person with a disability requiring other physical-access assistance at the Aurora Municipal Center, please contact Access Aurora at 303.739.7000 during business hours. If you are a person with a disability requiring physical-access assistance at city facilities other than the Aurora Municipal Center, please contact that facility directly for further information.
