Aurora Water Course

For Aurora residents interested in the water tour, we highly recommend participating in the Aurora Water Course. The class provides the foundational elements necessary for understanding the more complex information discussed in the water tour.

Due to class space constraints, we are limited to participants for each session. Class registration is required to participate in the class. Class priority will be given to Aurora residents, as well as based upon the answers in the applications. Aurora residents who take the course receive priority for the two-day water tour, though participation in the class does not guarantee a spot on the tour. The class may also be taken even if a participant does not plan on attending the water tour.

This year’s tour date is scheduled for August 15 & 16, 2023. Guests on the tour include city council members, county commissioners, state and federal legislators and staff, regional water entities, regulators and community leaders.

Residents can apply at surveymonkey.com/r/2023_Aurora_Water_Tour. Capacity on the bus is limited. Applications close on July 28.
