Home Improvement

Housing Rehabilitation Programs
Home repairs can be pricey. Income-qualified homeowners may be eligible for one or more housing rehabilitation programs as part of the city's federally funded Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The CDBG program aims to provide decent housing for Aurora residents. The rehabilitation programs assist homeowners in making necessary health and safety repairs to their home. All programs are first-come, first-served until the funding is depleted.
