The Spirit of Aurora is a 501(c)3 nonprofit established by citizens to provide support to all municipal programs. Active programs support a variety of services. Donations to Spirit of Aurora are tax deductible.

Aurora Animal Shelter
The Aurora Animal Shelter relies heavily on cash donations to provide veterinary care for homeless animals, cruelty/mistreatment programs and humane education. In-kind donations of food, kitty litter, blankets, etc., are also needed for the care and comfort of stray and homeless pets.
