To participate in a City Council meeting, go to AuroraGov.org/PublicComment. To participate in a Planning & Zoning Commission meeting, see the information below:
When: The second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 6 p.m., unless otherwise noted. Additional meetings are sometimes added during the course of the year. "Special" meetings generally deal only with one particular issue and are usually not available as a normal hearing date.
Where: The Planning & Zoning Commission will meet via teleconference. Please see the agenda for access details.

Written comments must be received no later than one week before the meeting to be included in the Planning & Zoning Commission Packet. Written comments will be accepted until 3:00 pm on the date of the meeting to be included as a Blue-Sheet Amendment to the Planning & Zoning Commission Packet. To provide public comments past the deadline, please submit a Speaker Slip to [email protected] to provide verbal comment during the hearing.
***Note, all written comments received by staff during the referral review process are included in the Planning & Zoning Commission Packet. Unless comments have changed or are new, additional submissions are not required.***
