 Reopening Information

 

HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES

  • Stay home if you have symptoms or are sick or if anyone you have come in contact with has symptoms or is sick. Please consult your medical professional for advice.
  • Continue to lower risks of getting sick by frequently washing your hands or using hand sanitizer.
  • Fully-vaccinated individuals are welcome to enjoy our facilities without a mask in accordance to city policy. Those not fully vaccinated are encouraged to still wear masks. The city does not require proof of vaccination status from our guests or staff.  
  • It is recommended when possible to maintain six feet of separation from other guests and staff
  • Only staff feeling healthy will be permitted to work.
  • Reminders, guidelines and announcements regarding new health and safety precautions, expectations, and requirements will be visible and made throughout the facility.
  • Please help keep our facilities safe by using the provided disinfecting wipes on fitness equipment, washing your hands frequently and using hand sanitizer.
  • Please come dressed prepared for your activity and plan on leaving dressed as you came.
  • Water fountains will be inactive. Touchless bottle fillers will be available so please bring your own water bottle. 
  • All other facility policies prior to closure also remain in effect. Failure to follow rules or staff instructions will result in loss of facility use privileges.

 Admission Fees & Membership Passes


For the safety of children, please note the following rules:

  • Children 6 years and under, must be supervised and within arms reach, in the water, by a guardian 18 years or older.
  • To ride the slide someone must be at least 48” tall, and cannot wear a penguin wristband. (If a tall 6 year old wishes to ride the slide they must be able to pass a swim test). 
  • Anyone 6 & under needed to be within arm’s reach of an adult at all times. Designated by a penguin wristband. (If the child can pass a swim test they can get their wrist band upgraded and be away from their parent). 
  • Anyone under 12 needs to have a parent or guardian in the facility including the natatorium.
  • Anyone 13+ is allowed to swim by themselves.
