The Aurora4Biz customer portal provides a place to upload plans, pay for select permits, review and comment on development projects, apply and renew select licenses, and other online services related to building, planning and development.
The city launched a new customer service portal, DevPortal.AuroraGov.org, which currently includes:
- Land Review Services processes like licenses and easements
- Development application reviews, minor amendments and civil plan applications and reviews
- Registering for neighborhood and community groups
- Scheduling pre-application meetings
- Small cell and fiber license applications
- Aurora Water floodplain development permits
- Temporary use permits
- Temporary sign permits
- Film permits
- Arborist license application and renewal
- Donation bin permits
- Block party permits
- Online transport permits
Master and preliminary drainage will move to the new portal Sept. 19.
DevPortal.AuroraGov.org will be offline from 6 p.m. the night prior to new services launching until the morning of the day of launch.
