Spread the news! This year, Aurora placed first at the Water Taste Test at the Rocky Mountain Section of the American Water Works Association conference.

Beginning in October, all credit card transactions for water bill payments will have a transaction fee included. eCheck/ACH are still free. Update your payment method online.

Here is our recommended watering schedule for September. Remember, you may water no more than three days a week, and through Sept. 30, watering between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. is not allowed.

Tour the Binney Water Purification Facility

Learn more about the Prairie Binney Water Purification Facility photo for an upcoming tour.Water’s system by touring the Binney Water Purification Facility at 11 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 29.

Completed in 2010, Binney is one of the most innovative water treatment facilities in the nation. Treating up to 50 million gallons of water per day, this state-of-the-art facility is a crucial part of the Prairie Waters system and water reuse, increasing Aurora’s water security, sustainability and resilience. Space is limited and registration is required.
