At 5 p.m. on Sept. 2 through Sept. 6, while Aurora Water's new online platform SpryEngage is implemented, Paymentus and Pay-by-Phone options will be unavailable. AutoPay will not be affected.

New customer portal coming soon

In September, Aurora Water will be offering a new online portal for customers to manage their water accounts. This portal, called SpryEngage, provides multiple ways to pay your account, access to your water use summaries over time, the ability to monitor and pay multiple accounts, several ways to make donations to Aurora Water Cares, and options to receive communications from Aurora Water.

  • SpryEngage is not a replacement for the current Paymentus bill paying system or other customer portals. SpryEngage provides a single platform that consolidate these tools.
  • If you have a Paymentus account, customers can access their payment accounts seamlessly.
  • SpryEngage allows for additional capabilities, such as:

    • More intuitive user experience
    • Improved bill layout
    • Aurora Water Cares donations – can set up auto pay donations, one-time donations, and now have a round up option.
    • Submit forms online
    • Update mailing address and phone number
    • Set multi-factor authentication for log in
    • Add, view and manage (improved controls for) multiple accounts with one sign in
    • Contact us – submit an electronic request for contact
    • View and download payment and statement history
    • FAQs
    • View water consumption in graph and select specific time periods to view
    • View water usage summary
    • Receive response emails when submitting forms/contact us
