Community Event Requests

Aurora Fire Rescue is proud to offer engaging, informative programming through our Community Education team, who now lead all presentations and classes.

You are welcome to request a fire vehicle as a static display to enhance your event. These displays offer a hands-on look at the features and tools of a fire apparatus. However, they are not a substitute for an educational presentation/class, which is delivered by our Community Education team. This allows our team to focus solely on education while our on-duty fire crews remain ready to respond to emergencies in the community. Apparatus and crews remain in service during events and may be called away at any time due to emergency needs.

All requests must be submitted at least three weeks in advance of the requested date. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability.
