Information Officers
Information Officers staff the Information Desk at the Aurora Municipal Court Justice Center. Individuals will be trained to answer commonly asked questions, as well as provide directions to the visiting public. These goodwill ambassadors will be one of the main points of contact the public has with the court system. No experience necessary. Hours are 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. once a week or more frequently, if available. Minimum age requirement is 18. If interested, contact Yvonne Madril-Brawner at 303.739.6440 or ymadril@auroragov.org

First Appearance Center Clerical Assistant
Assist in processing high volume cases in the First Appearance Center. This position requires volunteers to greet citizens summoned to Traffic Court, pull relevant files, disseminate appropriate paper work and respond to questions regarding procedures. Volunteers may be required to assist clerks by answering phones and maintaining proper order of files. No experience necessary. Hours are 8 to 11 a.m. once a week or more frequently, if available.
