The city of Aurora is currently experiencing technical problems affecting a subset of city government phone numbers. While we are working for a resolution as soon as possible, you may experience issues calling some city services, including Police Records and the Aurora Animal Shelter. Please note that Aurora911, Access Aurora and Aurora Water Billing are not affected.
