RHYTHMIC CYCLE
Get moving on a stationary bike, all while an instructor guides you through various workout phases that include warm up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbing and cool down. Participants control the resistance of the bicycle and thus the challenge. Great energy and fabulous music are included too. Cycle shoes and tennis shoes are acceptable.
