(March 6, 2026) – The Aurora Police Department and Metro Denver Crime Stoppers announced Friday it is increasing the reward for information in a 2024 cold homicide investigation.
Beginning March 6, Metro Denver Crime Stoppers is temporarily offering $4,000 to anyone who has information that leads to an arrest in the Major Crime Homicide Unit’s investigation into the fatal shooting of 27-year-old Preston Alexander Guillory. The increased reward is valid for six months.
“Investigators believe there were several bystanders in the area at the time of the shooting who have not yet spoken with police,” said Violent Crimes Section Lt.
