Volunteer at Aurora Fest

Be a volunteer at this unique multicultural experience. Volunteers will help with a variety of event related tasks including checking-in fellow volunteers and entertainers, assisting with the Parade of Nations, event set-up and breakdown and more! Volunteer sign-up will be available soon.

Volunteer shifts available:

• Thursday, June 11, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

• Friday, June 12, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

• Saturday, June 13, 10:30 a.m. to midnight

The minimum age for volunteering is 16. The city's signature event is from 3 to 10 p.m. Saturday, June 13, on the Aurora Municipal Center Great Lawn.

Aurora Fest has filled all available spaces for food, merchandise and marketing vendors for 2026!

Due to limited space and a high volume of applications, we were unfortunately unable to accommodate every vendor who applied this year.
