Use this application form for the following types of requests:

Minor changes to existing plans

Small-scale building expansions

Revisions to drainage patterns

New fences and gates

Significant changes in use where new special use standards apply

Changes that would require tree removal

Modifications that may require new easements from the city

Master plan changes that don't affect amenities, infrastructure, or density

Cost of a Minor Amendment

$790 - Minor amendment with less than three amended plan sheets

$1,190 - Minor amendment filed prior to construction with three to five amended or added plan sheets

$2,051 - Minor amendment filed after construction with three to five amended or added plan sheets, or any application with six or more amended or added plan sheets
