around Bicentennial Park

Please note...The annual city of Aurora 4th of July fireworks display will go on as planned for Sunday, July 4 with fireworks launching from Bicentennial Park at approximately 9:30 p.m. and lasting 30 minutes.

Those wishing to view the fireworks can do so from the Aurora Municipal Center's Great Lawn as in years past beginning at 6 p.m. The Aurora Municipal Center grounds and parking lots will be open to the public. Bring your snacks and water, blankets and chairs to enjoy the fireworks display after dark.

Please plan for a different celebration on the Great Lawn this year, as there will be no music, activities, nor food and beverage sales. The fireworks can also be seen from area residences and neighborhood parks as well.
