• If you are renting, complete the Owner/Landlord Approval portion of the application, have it signed by the property owner and send it to [email protected] by April 15. 
• You will need to create an online profile in SpryEngage and then enroll in AutoPay by April 14. Your Budget Billing will begin in May. 
• To reconcile the account, the April bill will reflect your new budget bill amount plus the result of the past year’s settlement outcome.  The total amount due should be paid in full on the due date shown on the bottom portion of your bill.  If you have a credit (-) settlement amount it will be credited to your account and used for future payments. The Budget Billing Summary box on your bill shows your updated account details.
