Iliff Station

Location: Along the R Line on the east side of I-225 and south of Iliff Avenue

Parking: 600 commuter parking spaces in a parking structure, in addition to an on-street bus stop

Vision: Development opportunities await both adjacent to the station as well as a short walk away. The Iliff Station Area Plan, completed in 2009, identifies the long-term vision for land use and transportation connections. With over 30 undeveloped acres close to the station, as well as several locations for redevelopment, the vision identifies a plan for compact, higher density transit-oriented development in the station area. Properties in this area not only have excellent access to the station, but are highly visible from I-225 (188,000 average vehicles per day) and Iliff Avenue (43,000 average vehicles per day).

Coming Soon: Developer Steelwave LLC is constructing the 424-unit Iliff Station apartment homes on a 15-acre site bounded by Blackhawk Street, Anaheim Street, Harvard Avenue and Yale Avenue.
