WHEN WILL YOU GET THE TRANSFER FORM BACK FROM AURORA WATER?
Transfers will be emailed back to you three days PRIOR to the closing date. Please do not call before that date to request status.
HOW MUCH ESCROW MONEY DO YOU HOLD NOW?
Estimate the amount of Escrow by evaluating the CURRENT account balance and the AVERAGE monthly bill – both are provided on the transfer form.
WHEN WILL YOU GET THE FINAL BILL?
The final bill will be mailed via USPS to your address approximately 10 days after we receive the completed transfer form from you.
WHEN DO YOU SEND PAYMENT TO AURORA WATER?
Pay ONLY when you receive the final bill. Payment options include: online at aurorawater.org, IVR 303.739.7388 or mail in with the invoice remittance stub in the envelope provided.
Aurora Water will not back bill, prorate or move charges between seller and buyer accounts due to late transfer notification from the title company.
