Homeschooling resources, more with Reference Guide

Homeschooling resources & more with new Reference Guides
Posted on 08/18/2021
Reference GuideSchool is starting soon, and whether your kids are learning virtually, or if you want to supplement their schoolwork, the Aurora Public Library has fantastic resources for you!

Specially created by our Reference staff, the Homeschooling Reference Guide has great information on Colorado statutes regarding homeschooling children, and what requirements need to be followed to ensure their successful completion of coursework. In addition, our staff gathered some great resources on homeschooling support groups, materials within our library dedicated to homeschooling, and compiled our eResources into an easy to scan list to help bolster your educational resources at home. Check out the Homeschooling Reference Guide here.

Also, if you're learning remotely through Aurora Public Schools, remember that all APS students have access to our databases (for research, eBooks, eAudioBooks and MUCH more) with their APS student ID number.  Simply visit our APL@APS page, click on the desired link and have your student enter their name and Student ID number – it’s as easy as 1,2,3!

If you need assistance logging on, or have questions about our eResources, please contact the Youth Services Department at 303.739.6626.
