Multiple forms and fees are needed to apply for a new license or make changes to an existing liquor license. All required forms and fees are needed before your application can be reviewed and processed. The checklists below will assist you in preparing a complete packet for submission. If you have questions regarding any application packet or process, contact the Tax and Licensing Section at 303.739.7057 and ask to speak with a Licensing Officer.
