City Contracts Pending Approval

Every week, the Office of Purchasing Services posts a report to Aurora City Council outlining procurement actions. The report is usually posted to AuroraGov.org on Mondays.

How to Do Business with the city of Aurora Seminar, which was scheduled to take place Friday, September 13, has been cancelled.

The city invites you to join us at the City of Aurora’s Business Opportunity Fair from 9 a.m. to noon Thursday, Oct. 17. This is an event which will provide information regarding upcoming business and educational opportunities for contractors, consultants, and vendors, as well as the opportunity to meet with city purchasing staff as well as staff from multiple departments. No registration is required.

The city will be scheduling future “How to Do Business with the City of Aurora” seminars, which will be posted on Purchasing’s website.

Bids & Proposals

In the spirit of continuous improvement, City of Aurora utilizes the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System to publish solicitations online.  The website provides access to bid opportunities throughout the Rocky Mountain States.

Please register or login to see details of all open opportunities:

BidNet Direct

It is preferred that all vendors use BidNet Direct.  We hope vendors find this system useful in expanding their visibility to the broad array of bid opportunities.  We thank you in advance for registering and we look forward to working with you.

Please Note:  If you need help registering or assistance with responding to a solicitation, please contact BidNet’s Vendor Support Department at 800-835-4603, Option 2.

All bid and Request for Proposal documents are subject to revision, updates, or supplementation at any time in the solicitation process and that it is entirely incumbent upon bidders/proposers to make certain that they have the most recent, and the correct information when making a bid as mistaken bids, or bids that fail in any manner as to form compliance will be rejected.
