From the Wizarding World to Westeros; from the Shire to Olympus; from the Land of Oz to Neverland - Join Aurora Public Library in celebrating all fantasy fandoms through DIYs, contests and more!

Contests

Submit a photo of yourself in magical cosplay or a piece of original fan art celebrating any fantasy franchise or fandom to [email protected] or by messaging APL on Facebook by Wednesday, Feb. 2. The top submissions in each category will receive a prize! Winners will be announced on Facebook & Instagram on Saturday, Feb. 5.  

Winners will be selected by popular vote. Vote for your favorites on Facebook beginning Feb. 4!

Rules & Guidelines: All submissions must be rated PG. Please include your name with your entry. By submitting an entry via Facebook or email, you give Aurora Public Library permission to publish your photo or art online and/or in print.

Grab and Go
Visit any Aurora Public Library starting Monday, Jan. 31 to pick up a free Grab & Go craft kit! 
Dragon Eggs, Platform 9 3/4 Bookmarks and Bubbling Cauldrons available at all locations, while supplies last.
