Homeless Services 

The city of Aurora is requesting proposals from qualified agencies to apply for marijuana tax revenues, federal HOME Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA), federal Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG), and Public Safety Assistance (formerly Nexus) funds.

The application for proposals opens at 9 a.m. Nov. 8, 2021, and closes at 5 p.m. Nov. 22, 2021. Late submissions will not be considered.

Online proposals must be submitted using the Neighborly Software (learn more below). If you need special accommodations to apply, please call Aurora Housing and Community Services at 303.739.7280. 

Applicant Informational Session 

A virtual applicant informational session is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. Please email homelessness@auroragov.org if your organization is interested in attending or with any questions. To learn about homelessness in Aurora, visit AuroraGov.org/Homelessness.

Neighborly Software

The city of Aurora uses Neighborly Software for administrative efficiency and regulatory compliance of housing, economic and community development programs with the goal of maximizing community investment dollars. Many local and state agencies use Neighborly Software to help process grant applications.
