Information Technology works with city departments to proactively implement improvements in business processes to better serve the citizens of Aurora. The IT mission is to review, recommend, plan and implement technology solutions that enhance the way the city conducts its business practices. Our vision is to provide leading-edge technology that effects innovative improvement in business process, thereby positioning the city of Aurora as a leader in the use of technology in local government. Technology Infrastructure: Citywide networking, telecom, servers, systems, desktop support, technology planning.
Solutions Delivery: Implementation and support of enterprise and public safety business solutions.
Administration: Project management office (PMO), budget, and cyber security.
