Get Involved and Stay Informed
Join us as we envision a future Havana Street corridor that is:
• Pedestrian and bicycle friendly, but also efficient for other modes of travel
• Safe for all travelers
• A diverse cultural hub
• Represents and promotes the needs of existing and future economic development and the community
• Maintains distinct characteristics of corridor subareas
• Activated by arts and entertainment elements
Key stakeholders will be involved in the project, including the Colorado Department of Transportation, the Regional Transportation District, the Denver Regional Council of Governments, the city and county of Denver, the Havana Business Improvement District and nearby neighborhood organizations.
Thank you to everyone who attended our first public meeting on this project. We also appreciate everyone who submitted feedback through the Metroquest tool in November. Please sign up for our newsletter or check back to this webpage to say informed about the latest updates on the project.
Second Public Meeting Coming in February
The city of Aurora invites you to join us for our second public meeting to discuss the study, multimodal strategies and potential improvements along the corridor.
