Policy committees are open to the public. Agenda items discussed at policy committees are brought forward by city council members from concerned citizens or city staff. These committees take the first step in resolving policy issues before the city. The recommendations of a committee are taken to city council meetings where action is taken on the matter by the full city council. Agendas are available on the Friday before each scheduled meeting.
