Starting Feb. 14, the Aurora City Council will conduct its regular meetings in a hybrid format, with the public able to participate either in person at the Aurora Municipal Center or remotely via a designated call-in line. City Council members will participate either in person or via teleconference.

Members of the public wishing to speak on agenda items or during the Public Invited to be Heard portion of meetings can call 855.695.3475 and press *3 to speak to an operator in order to join the queue to address council, or they can speak in-person at the Aurora Municipal Center City Council Chamber, 15151 E. Alameda Parkway. The building doors and the call-in line will both open a half-hour before the scheduled meeting time (for Feb. 14, that means the building doors and call-in line will open at 6 p.m.). For those people attending the meeting in person, enter the Aurora Municipal Center through the east doors (facing Chambers Road).

Whether in person or calling in, speakers will have three minutes to address council. Those in attendance at the Aurora Municipal Center will be allowed to address council first, followed by those on the call-in line.

Meetings are able to be viewed live at AuroraTV.org and Comcast cable channels 8/880. For audio only, call 855.695.3475. For information on council meetings and agendas, go to AuroraGov.org/CouncilMeetings.
