On Sunday, March 21st, 2021, at approximately 10:00 a.m., District 1 Patrol Officers responded to a welfare check at Front Range Tire located at 3005 South Peoria Street.

Once on scene, officers located an adult male on the ground, next to the building. This male had obvious trauma injuries and was declared deceased on scene.
