This teenage juvenile male was transported to a nearby hospital where he tragically succumbed to his injuries.

Positive identification of the victim, and notification of the next-of-kin, will be done by the Arapahoe County Coroner’s Office.

This is tragically the 3rd homicide of 2019 that involves a juvenile being senselessly killed. With the summer months approaching, we are pleading to the parents of our community to have the tough conversations with their children and know where your children are and who they are with. It should be everyone’s responsibly to ensure that none of our children fall victim to anymore of this futile violence.

We can now confirm the suspect vehicle is a silver 2002 Toyota Camry, registered to an address in Aurora. Until all necessary investigative steps have been completed, no further information will be released regarding the suspect vehicle, or the registered owner.
