For storm related tree limb drop off, the Parks, Recreation & Open Space department has opened a drop-off site - daily through May 1 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Lowry Park, 1001 Dayton St. Only storm damage/tree limbs will be accepted (no other debris or trash). The 2015 Gateway to the Rockies Art Show welcomed 208 entries, 102 photographs, 76 two dimensional pieces and thirty miniatures.
Of these entries, 74 photographs, 64 two dimensional pieces and twenty miniatures were selected for the show. Two hundred and seventy five people attended the opening night reception and award ceremony and 1,719 people visited the exhibit. This represents and 30% increase in attendance compared to the 2014 show.

The Show Wagon is a portable stage on wheels and is perfect for concerts, special events, church events, performances. The wagon is available from April through October to rent.
Community Art is a program that engages residents in creating art for the common purpose to enhance the neighborhood. Original Aurora Renewal (OAR) has spearheaded four community art projects over the years in the Aurora Cultural Arts District.
