View and pay your bill online at any time with this option. Any Aurora Water customer can view current and past bills online. Just verify your service address and account number. Your PIN is your ticket to view your bill any time without obligation to use any of our other services. Customers can also make a one-time payment via credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) with no commitment or obligation to continue using the service.

Landlords/Property Managers - Water Billing Online offers a third party notification option. This allows you to monitor the water usage and water bills for your rental properties. Call the billing office at 303-739-7388 to set up this service.
If your service has been discontinued, and you make a payment online, please call 303-739-7388 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. and provide your authorization number so your account can be updated.

Our automated payment system allows customers to access their water account, billing and payment history information over your phone. Payments must be made with VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Customers can also access their account status, payment history, last billing reports, current balance owed, last billing amount, last billing date and last payment amount. Customers with a fax can request that information be faxed to them. Customers have the option to press "0" to speak to a customer service representative 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays. You simply need your account number from the top left corner of your bill. Credit card payments are authorized immediately. This payment system is also available in Spanish. Aurora easyPay Automatic Payment
Aurora easyPay is a free, convenient way to have your monthly payment automatically withdrawn from your bank account on the day it is due. You’ll save yourself the trouble of remembering to write a check each month and the postage to mail it. You will still receive your bill each month with time to review it before the payment is deducted from your account. To enroll in Aurora easyPay we’ll need you to fill out a form and send it to us along with a canceled check. You can use the PDF form or call 303-739-7388 and we’ll send you one.

Pay water bills using Western Union
Paying your water bill is even easier now that dozens of Western Union locations throughout the city are accepting Aurora Water bill payments. Only in-person, cash payments will be accepted, and there is a $1 service fee. In addition to their stand-alone locations, Western Union can also be found at several area grocery stores and check-cashing businesses. To find a location near you, go to westernunion.com.
Our Budget Billing helps customers spread utility costs evenly throughout the year. We calculate your utility costs, previous usage and seasonal fluctuations in water to provide a more predictable bill each month. You will still receive a monthly bill to monitor your consumption, actual charges and actual balance. Because your budget billing is an approximation based on your previous usage, in April of each year, your account will be reconciled and your billing amount will be adjusted based on the actual usage. If, for instance, you use more water than estimated, your bill will reflect a charge for that increase.
You must enroll in Autopay in order to qualify for budget billing, and beginning this year, you can only enroll in budget billing in April. Your budget billing will then begin in May. In previous years, when enrollment was allowed at any time, customers often experienced higher water bills than expected because of heavy summertime usage that exceeded their estimate.
