Forests to Faucets: Continuing Education for Teachers
Earn 1.5 semester hours of K-12 graduate/recertification credit at this three-day workshop – it’s FREE.

Opportunities/Resources for Teachers:
Presenters bring fun, water-related models, games and activities to your classroom. Students learn where their water comes from, how to prevent water pollution and the importance of water conservation. Activity booklets will be provided.
Invite your students on a field trip with Aurora Water! From our award-winning Youth Water Festival for fifth graders to an intimate field trip to a nearby waterway for a field testing experiment, we have a program that will enrich your class.

Middle School Water Curriculum
Specifically designed for Middle School Students, the H2O Go Water Activity guides contain activities that help students understand their local watershed and source of their drinking water as well as conservation concepts and tips.

Enviroscape Watershed Model - Use this interactive model to teach about watersheds and water pollution prevention.
Water Quality Test Kits - Test kits contain everything you need to conduct chemical and physical water quality tests with your students. Pre- and post-water quality testing lessons are also available. 
Activities for Kids:
Print out the “All About Aurora H2O” Activity Booklet
Take the pledge and become a Water Wizard. Complete all the activities in the booklet and send in the back-page card to become a member of the Water Wizard Kids Club and receive some great prizes.
Have fun and help prevent water pollution with Aurora Water’s service projects. Staff can also help teachers complete projects with their students. 
Earn a water badge. You’ll complete fun, hands-on activities and learn about water at the Morrison Nature Center.
