For storm related tree limb drop off, the Parks, Recreation & Open Space department has opened a drop-off site - daily through May 1 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Lowry Park, 1001 Dayton St. Only storm damage/tree limbs will be accepted (no other debris or trash). Public Improvement Inspections
All Public improvements must be completed and inspected before a CO will be issued.

Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) Inspections
Ongoing erosion/sedimentation control field inspections will be performed from overlot grading until the issuance of CO.

Irrigation
Inspection of soil amendments and irrigation system must be conducted before water meter will be set for service.

Building Division Inspections
All rough and final building inspections must be completed and passed before a CO will be issued.

Zoning Inspections
All site improvements committed to in the site plan, landscape plan and elevations must be completed and inspected prior to the CO being issued.
