Rebates & Incentives
   

Arts District Loan Fund
Provides financial assistance to select artists, art-related businesses and developers of arts spaces through long-term debt financing with the intent of establishing a concentration of visual and performing arts businesses, studios, galleries and services in the Aurora Arts District.

Brownfields Loan Fund
Available to Aurora land owners and developers that are interested in undertaking environmental cleanup activities on sites with hazardous waste and petroleum contamination, and associated redevelopment projects that will result in job creation and redevelopment in Aurora.

Business Revolving Loan Fund
Provides term loans for storefront renovation, leasehold improvements, equipment, fixtures, inventory and working capital.

Commercial Renovation Program
Provides funding to commercial property owners located in Original Aurora who want to improve the exterior of their businesses.

Homebuyer Resources
Financial assistance available to first-time homebuyers.

Housing Rehabilitation
Several incentive programs exist to help property owners with housing rehabilitation projects. In addition, the city is using federal funding to address the issue of foreclosed and vacant housing stock in neighborhoods. 
 
New Job Reward Program
A short-term incentive program for smaller businesses to stimulate job creation within Aurora.
