View and Pay Your Utility Bill Pay your water bill with a Visa/MasterCard or view your account information online. All you need is your account number and temporary PIN (located on your notification letter). Call 303-739-7388. Adoptable or Lost Animals The Aurora Animal Shelter has many wonderful animals available for adoption and "lost" animals that have been found and turned into the shelter. Call 303-326-8280. Renew a current dog or cat license online If a license was purchased for your dog or cat in the past, the license (and Intact Permit, if needed) may be renewed online. Library Catalog System In addition to visiting the seven library branches, the public can access the online library catalog system at auroralibrary.org to find all library materials available for loan, including books, government documents, video tapes, databases, audio cassettes, CDs and DVDs.
