Volunteer Spotlight
Lowry Community Christian Church
Volunteers of the Week
In January 2006, the Zebulun Tribe of Lowry Community Christian Church chose Morning Star Adult Day Program for their community outreach project. Once per month, seven members of the LCCC volunteer as program leaders calling BINGO, assisting the participants and purchasing gifts for the winners. The monthly BINGO program lead by these outstanding volunteers is the highlight of the month and much appreciated by Morning Star’s enthusiastic BINGO players! The staff and participants at Morning Star are lucky to have such a great group of dedicated and generous volunteers. Thank you Jerome Springs, Bobbie Murphy, Charlotte Ingram, Benjamin Peeples, Sandra Peeples, Woodrow Dowell and Louise Glover (pictured above). For information about volunteering at Morningstar Adult Day Program, contact Autumn Boyer 303-326-8323.
