With so many options available, paying your Aurora Water bill has never been easier:

Paperless billing

This easy on-line payment system allows you to view current and old bills or monitor rental properties’ water use. Just set up a pin number for your account and you’re ready. Call 303-739-7388 to get started.

Budget billing:

Aurora Water’s Budget Billing offers customers the ability to spread utility costs evenly throughout the year. We calculate your utility costs, historical usage and seasonal fluctuations in water to provide a more predictable bill each month.

We will use your previous 12 months of consumption history to determine your monthly payment. Once the amount is determined, you then pay only your budgeted amount every month by the due date. You will still receive a monthly bill so you can monitor your consumption, actual charges, and actual balance.

Aurora easyPay:

Aurora easyPay is a free, convenient way to have your monthly payment automatically withdrawn from your bank account on the day it is due. You will still receive your bill each month with time to review it before the payment is deducted from your account.

Pay by phone:

You can pay you water bill by calling 303-739-7388. Payments must be made with MasterCard or Visa. An automated system allows customers to access their water account, billing and payment history information. Customers have the option to press "0" to speak to a customer service representative 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays.

When using the Payment by Phone option you will need your account number from the top left corner of your bill. Credit card payments are authorized immediately.

This payment system is also available in Spanish.

Pay in person:

If you prefer to pay your bill in person, you can find us on the first floor of the Aurora Municipal Center, 15151 E. Alameda Parkway in Aurora. We’re open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We accept cash, checks, money orders, Visa or MasterCard at billing office.

Payments can be dropped off postage free in secure drop boxes at the following Aurora Fire Stations:

A drop box is also located at the Aurora Municipal Center, located at 15151 E. Alameda Parkway on the east side of the building.
