City of Aurora Recycling Resources
Christmas Trees
Drop off your tree for free recycling between Dec. 26 and Jan. 11 at the following locations:
- Del Mar Park, 6th and Peoria
- Olympic Park, 15501 E. Yale Ave
- Murphy Creek Golf Course, 1700 S. Old Tom Morris Road
- Saddle Rock Golf Course, 21705 E. Arapahoe Road
** Bring your own container at these locations between Dec. 29 and Jan. 11 to pick up free mulch.
Electronics
Keep electronics out of the trash and protect the environment. Recycle DVD players, VCRs, stereos, computers, printers, fax machines, cell phones, laptops, microwaves and small appliances at a 2010 E-cycle Event. Some electronics require a small fee to ensure responsible recycling. Call the Recycling Hotline at 303-739-7173 for details. Single Stream Recycling Centers

Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 1 p.m
Accepts most recyclable items (no garbage such as food waste and diapers, and fluorescent lamps, CFLs and electronics allowed). Free.
DADS Single-Stream Facility
3500 S. Gun Club Road
Tuesday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m
Accepts most recyclable items for free
Also accepts electronics, vehicle tires, refrigerators, washing machines, etc., for a fee.
