City of Aurora fine art exhibits add vibrancy to city buildings
The City of Aurora’s Art in Public Places program installed four new fine art exhibits in municipal galleries in June. Three local artists and one group exhibit add vibrancy to city buildings through Dec. 15, including John Curtis, Jeff Ball, Theresa Lugo and the 4th Annual City of Aurora Employees and Their Families Art Exhibit.
Aurora’s fine art exhibit galleries are free and open to the public, contributing to Aurora’s cultural vibrancy while supporting local and regional artistic activity. The galleries are located in the Aurora Municipal Center, Martin Luther King, Jr. Library/Municipal Center, Tallyn’s Reach Library and the Aurora Municipal Court.
