Homelessness Prevention & Rapid Re-Housing Funds ($1,009,717)

The city has submitted its Substantial Amendment to the Consolidated Plan as part of the process for receiving $1,009,717 in Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-housing funds under the Recovery Act.  These funds are to be awarded to the city by September 1, 2009 and will be allocated to eligible agencies to help assist households who have recently become homeless or are in danger of becoming homeless due to economic hardship.
