Challenges for HOAs in a Lean Economy

AURORA, Colo. – The Aurora Neighborhood Services Division is partnering with the Rocky Mountain Chapter of Community Associations Institute on the October Neighbor to Neighbor Roundtable titled, “Challenges for HOAs in a Lean Economy.” Home Owners Association (HOA) board members in Aurora are encouraged to attend.

What: “Challenges for HOAs in a Lean Economy” seminar

When: October 21, 5:30 p.m.

Where: Aurora Municipal Center, 15151 E. Alameda Parkway, in the Aurora Room on the first floor

Register: Neighborhood Services, 303-739-7280. The event is free but reservations are required as a light supper will be provided.

Designed to help mandatory association board members plan for financial downturns and outline possible management methods, the roundtable will feature professionals specializing in homeowners associations.

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn management techniques from attorneys, insurance providers, reserve and financial management specialists and management agents.

Community Associations Institute, Rocky Mountain Chapter is the recognized leader in the region for education and advocacy to better enable those involved in community associations to lead and serve their organizations.
