    a. Consideration to APPROVE A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Aurora, Colorado, adopting a policy regarding the funding of Community Service Agencies with a nexus to law enforcement.     b. Consideration to APPROVE A RESOLUTION ratifying, affirming and declaring the City of Aurora’s intent to act by and through its Utility Enterprise to adjudicate a plan for augmentation, recapture, and reuse for the continued irrigation demand of various Aurora parks and golf courses in Adams and Arapahoe Counties.     c. Consideration to APPROVE A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Aurora, ordering that a public hearing be conducted regarding the designation of the proposed Cornerstar Urban Renewal Area as a blighted area appropriate for urban renewal and the adoption of an urban renewal plan for the redevelopment of such area.     d. Consideration TO APPROVE A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Aurora, Colorado, Declaring the City’s intent to continue providing service to certain property upon the effective date of an order excluding such property from the Bennett Fire Protection District.
