The City of Aurora Planning and Development Services Department is composed of three divisions that work together to manage growth within the city and coordinate economic development efforts and urban renewal projects. The Planning Counter is always staffed by a "Planner-In-Charge" who is available to answer questions on a walk-in basis during regular business hours.
