Aurora Reservoir provides primary storage for Aurora’s drinking water in addition to a wide variety of recreational opportunities. The site is also managed as a natural area with abundant wildlife. HOURS of OPERATION and FEE SCHEDULE

Shelter Reservations and Special Events – The picnic shelters and portions of the park are available for rent. Large events also require a permit.

Fish Bag and Possession Limits
2 – Trout any size
5 – Walleye 18 inches or longer, only one walleye longer than 21” can be taken per day
5 – Largemouth Bass 15 inches or longer (see note below)
5 – Smallmouth Bass 15 inches or longer (see note below)
(Only 5 Bass – combination Smallmouth and Largemouth – can be taken per day)
10 – Wiper
20 – Crappie
10 – Channel/Blue Catfish
20 – Yellow Perch
