Picnic Shelters of all sizes are available for rent in Aurora’s parks and at the Aurora Reservoir. The rental season is generally mid-May through the end of October. Coal Creek Arena is available for events requiring a small (150 feet wide by 375 feet long) arena facility. Located on Sixth Avenue, 2 miles east of Airport Boulevard, the arena is adjacent to the Sand Creek Regional Greenway. Arena Rental Information or call 720-272-5388.

Golf Courses and related clubhouse facilities are available for tournaments and other types of rentals. Golf Course Facility Rental or call the individual courses.

Special Events can be accommodated in many of Aurora’s arks, reservoirs and along several trails. A Special Event application is required if you wish to charge admission, are planning on having vendors, are inviting the general public, or if the event will have an effect on Department staff beyond standard maintenance considerations or will affect the use of the site by the general public.
