Participants can engage in planned small group activities such as crafts, games, and sports or utilize other parts of the center on their own. Moorhead Recreation Center also hosts a Teen Advisory Group for 12-17 year olds that is an advisory and volunteer group assisting the community, and helping to make decisions about and around Moorhead. Participants under 7 years old must be continually accompanied by a parent or responsible party over the age of 12. Students who do not attend school, whether due to illness, suspension, or expulsion, cannot enter Moorhead until after school hours on a regularly scheduled school day.
