Have you lost your pet? Please call the Aurora Animal Shelter immediately and give a full description of your pet and contact information for yourself. Also, click below to see if your pet has been found and turned into the Aurora Animal Shelter.
If you see your pet on our "Lost & Found Pet" section take note of the animal ID#.
Call 303-326-8280 immediately to notify staff you are this animal’s owner (Stray animals turned into the Aurora Animal Shelter without identification are maintained a maximum of 72 hours for owners to claim them.) Pets listed immediately below are not available for adoption. Pets cannot be held for potential adopters from phone calls or e-mail. All adopted dogs, cats, rabbits and ferrets must be spayed or neutered before going home with their newly adoptive family.
